Before Purchase

All Clearance Sales Final - NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

Return Process

  • Contact our office to receive credit authorization for your return.
  • Leave all tags and labels attached. Place Your Order Number in with the return.
  • Items must be received within 30 days after your authorization.
  • When received, we will refund your credit card or exchange for the cost of the item.
  • Buyer is responsible for original and return shipping and handling fees.
  • Allow five business days for your refund/credit to be issued.

Return Process After 15 Days or 30 Days After Authorization

  • A credit adjustment will be issued for the cost of the item.
  • The credit adjustment will be good for (1) one year from issuance.
  • NO CASH/CREDIT REFUND> will be given for the unused portion of the credit adjustment.
  • The total amount of purchase exceeding the credit adjustment is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • For cost in excess provide credit card information, check, or other form of payment to use when sending order with the credit adjustment authorization.

Cindy's Throws reserves the right to refuse credit or acceptance of a return if it is not in its original condition.

Note: Custom Orders, Special Orders, Clearance Sale Items and Retired Items cannot be returned unless it is due to manufacturer defect.

  1. Contact our office with your name, order number and the reason for the return. Email mickey@cindysthrows.com.
  2. Return items via UPS or USPS with a delivery confirmation number.
  3. Address return package to:

Refusal of Parcel:

If a parcel is refused, returned, or not deliverable by the shipping service, the Buyer is responsible for original and return shipping and handling fees.
