Return Process
- Items must be returned within 15 days (in original condition).
- Contact our office for return authorization.
- Leave all tags and labels attached.
- Items must be received within a 30 days after authorization.
- When received, we will refund or exchange the cost of the item.
- Buyer is responsible for original and return shipping and handling fees.
- Allow five business days for your refund/credit to be issued.
Return Process After 15 Days or 30 Days After Authorization
- A Gift Certificate will be issued for the amount of the item.
- Gift certificate will be good for (1) one year from issuance.
- NO CASH/CREDIT REFUND will be given for the unused portion of the gift certificate.
- Total amount of purchase exceeding the Gift Certificate is the responsibility of the buyer.
- For cost in excess provide credit card information, check or other form of payment to use when sending order with gift certificate.
Cindy's Throws reserves the right to refuse credit or acceptance of a return if it is not in its original condition.
Note: Custom Orders, Special Orders, Clearance Sale Items and Retired Items cannot be returned unless it is due to manufacturer defect.

- Contact our office with your name, order number and the reason for the return. Email cthrows@cindysthrows.com.
- Return items via UPS or USPS with a delivery confirmation number.

Refusal of Parcel:
If a parcel is refused, returned, or not deliverable by the shipping service, the Buyer is responsible for original and return shipping and handling fees.
