That really sold me on buying from your company. My sister-in-law had said that when her mother passed, she would like a throw. Going to Google, I really wasn't sure if I could find something unique for her and there was Cindy's Throw right at the top. The throws were personalized and sent out immediately. HI- I rarely order anything online so had to respond to your asking for feedback- few companies even ask for it. To say I have a VERY SLOW computer is putting it mildly so searching sites can be extremely frustrating. I was so pleased and surprised at how fast your site/the categories within the site/and individual throws downloaded. I had so much fun just checking out all the categories- WHAT A SELECTION!!! I had a difficult time selecting the two I wanted for Christmas gifts. It seems to me that it's harder to find throws now than it was a few years ago. Just so you know. I found your site by using Google and searched for " throws". The throws arrived yesterday and were just as beautiful as they were depicted on your site. I also appreciated how the shipping information from your email sent me directly to the tracking status of my order. Checking on shipments from other companies, I've had to rewrite the tracking information once I get the UPS site. Just a little thing but still a plus for how you communicate with customers. It was ordered for a friend, Cindy, whose brother just recently passed away after an extended illness. Cindy is part of the Children's Ministry Team in our church & this throw is a memorial from the Team.
