HI- I rarely order anything online so had to respond to your asking for feedback- few companies even ask for it. To say I have a VERY SLOW computer is putting it mildly so searching sites can be extremely frustrating. I was so pleased and surprised at how fast your site/the categories within the site/and individual throws downloaded. I had so much fun just checking out all the categories- WHAT A SELECTION!!! I had a difficult time selecting the two I wanted for Christmas gifts. It seems to me that it's harder to find throws now than it was a few years ago. Just so you know. I found your site by using Google and searched for " throws". The throws arrived yesterday and were just as beautiful as they were depicted on your site. I also appreciated how the shipping information from your email sent me directly to the tracking status of my order. Checking on shipments from other companies, I've had to rewrite the tracking information once I get the UPS site. Just a little thing but still a plus for how you communicate with customers. Cindy's Throws works as a team with eight individual weavers in the United States. When placing an order for multi throws, customers will receive a savings in shipping costs. Most of our throws without personalization are shipped directly to the customer by the weaver. When ordering multiple throws being shipped to one location in the USA, separate shipments will be received from the different weavers. There is NO extra charge for this service! Personal Note From Cindy
Summer is officially over and fall is upon us. The trees are changing colors of bright orange, yellow and different tones of brown. It's my favorite time of year. Born and raised in California moving to Montana in 2002 was a BIG change in weather for our family because we differently have the four seasons which we love.Summer flew by fast with our annual women's Christian retreat and kids' camp, along with having fun, hiking, swimming, and just hanging out with the youth group that my husband Mark and I lead at our church. I must admit the youth keep us young and yes they wear us out. It's great for our two children because we are building relationships in and through Christ Jesus with others. My favorite verse is: "I can do all things through Christ you strengthens me". Philippians 4:13
