Orders Without Personalization
Orders will be received within 6 to 10 business days. Product is dropped shipped directly to the customer by the weaver/manufacture in the US to your door step; weavers will ship within 24 / 48 hours of receiving the order. Depending on where you live in the US you should receive your order within 6 to 10 business days (not counting the weekend) UPS / USPS / FedEx Ground.
Most items are in stock, but there will be times during high demand or the holiday rush that orders will be delayed up to 10 days. If you placed an order for an item that is out of stock, you will be notified by email.
Custom Photo Throws
Are shipped directly from the weaver/manufacture any where in the US. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. These items are not gift-wrapped and cards are not included.
Because we work with 5 of the top weavers in the USA, standard shipping is UPS or FedEx Ground. When shipping orders with personalization from Cindy's Throws we like to ship USPS or which ever costs the customer less.
Expedite Shipping is Offered
You can arrange for faster shipping using USPS Express Mail, UPS 3-Day Select, or UPS 2nd Day Air at additional charges. Depending on the order, Charges may very. It's best to call us at 406-370-0578 to confirm expedited shipping.
Drop Ship Multiple Items
Orders with multiple items from different weavers will be shipped directly to you by the weaver/manufacture. Say you order 3 throws from 3 different weavers; you will receive 3 different shipments each having their own tracking to give you the speediest service. There will be no extra cost; the savings goes to the customer.
YES Cindy's Throws ships all over the world from their warehouse. Orders are shipped complete when ordering multiple items. When placing your order before payment method, the site will calculate the cost of shipping and give you a total. It depends on the weight of the item/s you will be ordering. If you choose not to place the order you just click out of the screen to cancel. For international orders please allow 4 weeks for delivery. Cindy's Throws is NOT liable for any duties for orders shipped outside the U.S.
