Please check your email box for emails coming directly from UPS or in the case of a postal delivery, from Cindy's Throws. Sometimes these emails are placed in your bulk mail folder.

We always send an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive a notification within 24 hours your email may have gone to a spam folder on your computer. Check for emails from or UPS.com for your tracking information. If you still don't find your order, return to Cindy's Throws you may not have pushed the send button at the bottom of shopping cart and will need to place your order again.
