NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

- Items must be returned within 15 days (in original condition).
- Contact our office for return Authorization.
- Leave all tags and labels attached.
- Items must be received within a 30 days after authorization.
- When received, we will refund or exchange the cost of the item.
- Buyer is responsible for original and return shipping and handling fees.
- Allow two weeks for your refund/credit to be issued.
- A Gift Certificate will be issued for the amount of the item.
- Gift certificate will be good for (1) one year from issuance.
- NO CASH/CREDIT REFUND will be given for the unused portion of the gift certificate.
- Total amount of purchase exceeding the Gift Certificate is the responsibility of the buyer.
- For cost in excess provide credit card information, check or other form of payment to use when sending order with gift certificate.
Note: Custom Orders, Special Orders, Clearance Sale Items, Retired Items and personalized items cannot be returned unless it is due to manufacturer defect.

If a parcel is refused, returned, or not deliverable by the shipping service, the Buyer is responsible for original and return shipping and handling fees.
